Admissions Director (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full admissions process from first inquiry to enrollment. (We currently pay for outside marketing with a group called Tassel that focuses on growing enrollment)

• Serve as the primary relationship-builder for prospective families, helping them understand UCA’s mission, culture, and Discipleship Model.

• Oversee campus tours, shadow days, and open house events.

• Follow up consistently with prospective families and guide them through application and enrollment steps.

• Track enrollment data, application flow, and retention trends.

• Partner with principals and academic leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Help shape messaging that clearly communicates UCA’s distinctives, including your focus on cultivating minds, engaging hearts, and equipping students for action.

• Work with communications to ensure website and promotional materials stay current and compelling.

Elementary & Middle School Art Teacher (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

• Teach art classes to Pre-K up through 8th grade classes

Secondary Theater Director (Seasonal Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead all aspects of the theater program, including rehearsals, productions (Winter One Act Performance and Spring Musical Performance), and off-season training.

• Develop and implement a philosophy that aligns with the school’s mission to inspire students to grow in faith, excel in academics, and build Christ-like character.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and respect among students.

• Promote student development at all skill levels, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Bus Driver

We are looking for additional drivers who are credentialed to drive a school bus with passengers. This would take the pressure off of our current (and only) driver, and give us more options for field trips, etc.
