We are excited to announce our first recipients of the United Ambassador Award. This distinction is designed to honor individuals in our community who have made significant, positive impacts through their service, support, and dedication.
These ambassadors exemplify the core values of our organization by going above and beyond in their efforts to support our school’s mission and vision.
These recipients are pillars in our community who inspire others to contribute to the growth and spirit of our school.
Please help us honor and show appreciation for the Kotula family, our first United Ambassadors. The Kotulas have blessed our school abundantly through their selfless giving of their time, talents, and treasure.
Ryan and Traci, along with their sons Kaeden and Carson, have been pillars of our community, dedicating their time to serve wherever there is a need. Whether volunteering at school events, stepping up to lead on the UCA School Board and UCA Foundation Board, or simply lending a helping hand behind the scenes, their willingness to serve has touched the lives of students, staff, and families.
The passion and commitment they have for the school has been felt in countless ways. Their support for our Aviation program has allowed it to become a premier offering at UCA. Their generosity has been instrumental in making our Lakeville campus a reality. The investment into our school is a testament to their faith and belief in Christian education, knowing that this will have a profound impact in advancing the Gospel in our world today.
The Kotulas have a heart for the Lord, and their commitment to living out their faith and honoring him is inspiring.
“I first met Ryan and Traci when their boys started playing soccer for UCA. I was blown away by their selflessness and willingness to jump in and help wherever they could. Hosting soccer parties, cleaning up after banquets, showing up, and supporting our school in every way possible.
Currently, it is an honor to serve alongside them on the board. The support they have given me over the years means so much. Their humble dedication to our school and its mission is inspiring. I am honored to call them friends and so grateful for their commitment to Christ and our school. They represent the best of UCA, and we would not be the same without them.”
~Chad Peters, Head of School (and former soccer coach)
“I cannot thank the Kotula’s enough for all they have done for the school. They have sacrificed so much over the years to ensure that not only would their two wonderful boys (Kaeden and Carson) graduate from UCA but also that generations to come could do so as well. They are a humble, committed, and Christlike couple who are genuinely passionate about Christian Education because they want future generations to hear the Gospel and be welcomed into Christ’s Kingdom. I know they would not want recognition, but they deserve it for all the countless hours they have volunteered, served, and prayed for UCA. I am blessed to call them friends and co-workers in Christ.”
~Joe Hilgenkamp, High School Bible Teacher
On behalf of the entire UCA community, we extend our deepest gratitude to the Kotula family. We thank you for your unwavering support, your faithful service, and your kind generosity. UCA truly would not be the same without you, and we are blessed to have you as part of our school family.
